1 Main Level Plan

This project is for a young family with a multi-generational component. Lot 105 has a beautiful setting tucked on the north east side of the Savanna, overlooking one of our largest wetlands. These wetlands house trumpeter swans, Sandhill cranes and an entire ecosystem to enjoy and explore. 

1 South Elevation & 2 East Elevation

The project had pacific northwest design influences, creating a formal two story structure with modern influences.

Lot 105 also has a wonderful perspective on the operational farmstead to the north with its historical outbuildings, iconic pastures and picturesque croplands.
